We like to order the Wagyu Beef Chow Fun, Pork, Shrimp, Mushroom Siu Mai (4), Steamed BBQ Pork Bao (Cha Siu Bao) (3), and Portuguese Egg Tart (2). This is our standard order when we order from Palette. Best beef chow fun I've had in the city and I have tried many (although they are super into the sprouts right now so a bit sprout heavy). These are my husband's favorite pork buns and again he's tried many. The sui mai and egg tarts are excellent here too.

The char sui was wonderful. The walnut prawns were horrible. There was no sauce and the prawns were overcooked!

Do not order the black truffle morel mushroom noodles. Bland beyond belief and a complete waste of money. I have ordered from Palette before and have found the food to be quite good so this was really dissapointing (Note: pea shoots and soy noodles were still very good).

I've been ordering from here for years, but this order was much worse than prior ones. The chicken was soggy, the rice was really dry, the XLB didn't taste as good as it used to, and the chow fun was completely missing from the order. The custard dumplings were delicious though!
