I've loved their Roast Beef for decades.
They are better in restaurant. When delivered, the juice is absorbed into the bun, leaving the meat not as good. If they haven't already, they might pack au jous separately for customers to use when eating.
Placing the fries in a bag within a bag might keep them warmer longer. They usually arrive warm. Last night they were cool. I suppose I could have warmed them.
Make no mistake: I love their roast beef and fries!
I don't love the price, however. Unfortunately, the US cow population is at its lowest in decades. Let's double it and eat more beef!

it took an extra 30 mins to get our food because RR didn't properly keep enough chicken cooked to satisfy demand. since they are primarily a chicken restaurant, this shouldn't happen. plus, i paid over $40 for just 2 3 piece chicken dinners. each meal got 2 drumsticks and 1 thigh. on top of that, they packed the slaw with the hot food, which ruined the taste.

I have to admit that I read the reviews, and ordered anyway. Like most of the other reviews, there were things missing or substituted in the order. Instead of a breast and a wing in the 2-Piece Chicken, there were two scrawny wings. My husband's drink was left off of the order. Not a problem, but we did pay for a combo. My 1/4 lb Cheeseburger was missing the "Fixin's Cup" with the lettuce, tomato & pickle that would have been nice to have. Folks, you need to start paying better attention to people's orders. This is simply management not doing their job of training their employees.

I paid for a two-piece white meat, and the white meat cost extra. What I received was three dried up wings. They did not call or offer substitution. They simply threw in three dried up wings. A thigh and two wings would've been better.
