I just want to say.. Thank you. This is one of the most delicious meals I have had in a long time. Everything was prepared perfectly and the flavor is wonderful! Ordered Crispy Chicken Ramen and the chicken held its crisp even in the broth! I also ordered Fried/Steam Gyoza (6 Pc) , but if anyone asks you, no I didn't order them... because I ate them all and they are gone.

Best ramen in town, hands down! The Shredd Char Siu Ramened is my favorite. I've dined in and taken out several times, and it's pretty consistent. The portion size is nice, and it comes hot because the packaging is great. Overall, I highly recommend and hope this place sticks around for a long time.

This Char Siu Ramen from Fuji Ramen was so yummy and filling. The char siu was tender, the broth was flavorful, the veggies were fresh, etc. 10/10 would order again!

Disappointed, very mid. Chicken Katsu Curry was the thinnest chicken I've ever seen so it was just chewy bread crumbs. Flavor of the curry was decent but half full container. Plain Ramen was very salty. The char siu was good, but also salty. Fried/Steam Gyoza (6 Pc) only solidly good thing.

The Shredded Char Siu Ramen was so well made and had just the right amount of spice to savory! The noodles are always on point here! My husband really enjoyed the Chicken Katsu Curry and says the flavor is very good! We really appreciate the care that goes into the food from here!
