This is the best popcorn Popcorn Chicken in the world. Yea I said the world it's sooooo good and the sweet chilli sauce is the best too. They forget to include my sticks for the chicken but that doesn't really matter. ❤️❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥

We have Raretea in Orinda, but I always order boba teas from College Ave, Oakland because of their standards and quality. They usually do what and how exactly you order--sweetness adjusted and how their pearls are done

time and time again whenever I order boba from here half the cup is filled with boba pearls. Not only that, they have great snacks too
