ordered well done onion rings they were not well done and for $5.49 you would think you should get more than 5 I can not believe that they charge $1.09 per onion ring. and didn't get the ketchup I wanted.

always 4 or 5 onion rings for a large size. even called and they said that there are supposed to be more than that.

The flame broiled burgers were pretty good, We ordered the Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger®; it was delicious! The Double Famous Star® unfortunately was missing the jalapenos that I paid extra for and the bun was very soggy from the mayonnaise; considering the fact that it was delivered I kind of expected this however it did make the burger hard to handle and pretty sloppy. There were no napkins in our bag so it was a very messy situation.
We used a delivery service to bring us our food and we live across town so I didn't really expect our food to be warm however it actually wasn't too bad. Our Waffle Fries and Jalapeño POPPERS® Bites were actually still warm.
It would have been better if we had eaten the food at the restaurant of course but it was still so good that we will definitely be ordering from here again.

My food never came with the bacon that I requested on it or the mayonnaise that I requested on it and I only got a small portion of the hashbrowns, even though I paid for a large almost my whole meal is messed up
