Everything arrived hot, delicious and crispy - the Pineapple Fritters were a particular highlight, as they were generously battered, crunchy and dusted with cinnamon sugar. The Deep Fried Mars Bar was also good - crispy with a melty gooey centre. The Rock Salt Classic was also tasty - spot on for flavour. They were out if the broccoli salad, but there was a cute apology note in the bag and a big serve of both coleslaw and potato salad, which I was happy with. Will order again :)

That was one of the best fish and chips I have ever had. You responded to all of my requests perfectly: plain grilled natural fish with no marinade, extra well-cooked crispy chips, extra salt. everything is always fried to perfection, love the batter they use as well it has me ordering every time, favorite fish and chips place hands down. salad good asf too, customer service is also amazing!! they actually accommodate the notes (within reason).only place i order my fish and chips from o here :)

Portions were fine.
Though I will be really surprised if what was served to me as Blue Grenadier was actually Blue Grenadier.
It is nothing like the Blue Grenadier served by/delivered by — Blu ("on Bell" or at their Coburg eatery,) and supplied by the Australian Seafood Group. The piece of fish delivered to me tonight, was very flat, like a piece of cardboard. It had next to Zero taste, and did not have the beautiful shiny look and lovely texture of the Blue Grenadier served by the Blu establishment, which is all I have to go by. It was a 110% disappointment.
Also, as I took my meal from the carry bag, the salad dressing leaked out from the curve (rear,) of the cardboard box and went all over my clothing and couch. I can appreciate that the store is trying to use Eco packaging but please in future, pack these watery, runny dressings separately. Thank you.
