What happened to the fries? The fries used to be good. They were regular thick cut fries, super hot and very tasty. Now, they're crinkle cut and lukewarm as if they've been sitting under a heat lamp for 24 hours. Very disappointing.

The food had a good flavor. I have two complaints. The store was out of the Affinity Smoothie that I ordered and instead substituted it with a Pina Colada Smoothie without calling me. The Philly Steak Platter Dinner container was saturated from the condensation of the meal and was falling apart. A plastic container would be more practical. Otherwise I was satisfied with my food experience.

expected better. My fries were not seasoned and it was cold. Also my sandwich was small, dry and didn't have any mayo on it.

Philly Cheesesteak was beyond awesome like alwayz! Bacon & Cheese Fries were piping hot and so was the sub. never disappointed!!!
