By the time you add delivery, tip and tax to any other company, you might as well have ordered Papa Johns to start with. Quality good, service good (usually), tracking online is a plus.

Pretty disappointing, especially since this is the second time I’ve ordered from this Papa John’s and specifically requested a square cut, only to have the request ignored. The order sticker even clearly says “SQUARE CUT,” but the pizza was still cut into regular slices.
This is the Garlic Epic Stuff Crust with no toppings. I paid a significant upcharge to add steak and mushrooms, and the amount of toppings I received was very underwhelming for the additional cost. I’ve attached photos so you can see exactly what was delivered.
Once could be a mistake, but having the same request ignored twice is frustrating. Between that and the poor value for the added toppings, I don’t think this order was worth what I paid. I won’t be ordering from this Papa John’s location again.

The dough was super hard & overcooked, too hard to bite through, and lacked flavor. We will not buy Create Your Own Papadia , and Parmesan Crusted Create Your Own Papadia again!
This was our 1st and last time trying Papa Johns. it was NOT a pleasant experience.
