7 Cravings has incredible food! Their shrimp is a generous portion for the price and it's plump, juicy, and beautifully presented. Appreciate the "food glitter" - parsley. Nice touch!! Food is incredible. One of my favorite places!

This is the real deal. We got the perch and catfish dinners with greens, green beans, Mac and cheese, and yams. So flavorful and HOT. I had my air fryer and microwave ready to warm up the food after coming all the way to Parma, but no need. Ample portions! Couldn't finish

ID PICK THIS OVER SAM SYLKS! The amount of money I've paid for Sam Sylks with the amount of food vs here is a stark difference. Sam just has sad boxing. When I opened my box I said Ohhh! :o
The food is fresh, made with love and you can tell they're purposeful with their meals. The only thing I can say is that the fish is very heart healthy friendly besides it being fried. Not very seasoned or salty at all. You can add seasonings if you'd like. But the way it's fried, truly is of quality. The mac is ok but if you have the yams and put them together, it's great. I'd say this is a solid meal. I was pleased with it. 7.5/10

The Turkey Chops were tender as hell and perfectly cooked. the ssauce paired well with each Chop and I got three instead of two! worth every dollar. Catfish dinner smacked as well, perfectly fried catfish that tasted like it just gor caught! Mac and cheese and Greens were delicious and well seasoned. Soul rolls were sweet but also delicious.

I didn't expect the food to be piping hot, but at least all of the same temp. The Soul rolls were very sweet potato forward, which wouldn't have been so bad if it weren't so sweet. The soul rolls were also soft, tasted old and much smaller in comparison to other places. The baked beans and wings were amazing ( not really honey lemon pepper). It was more cheese and some mac, extremely over peppered. Now with that being said I would still order again, just maybe in person. Travel makes a difference in temperature!
