Wow - the turkey is out of this world perfect tonight - melts in your mouth tender and moist! Brisket and sausage are perfect too. Whoever y'all have on the pit tonight....y'all can keep him or her....cooked to delicious perfection tonight.

The food is always excellent, and the BBQ sauce is our favorite. Everything is hot, fresh, and packed well. The beans are always so good and full of flavor. This is the only BBQ place we enjoy, so glad they are available through door dash.

Tender sliced brisket. Twice Baked Potato Salad and Coleslaw were all perfect. We are Texas BBQ lovers of the Aaron Franklin school haha so we are picky. This brisket was so tender and flavorful (not just salty like so many BBQ places). We also got the Jalapeno Sourdough Buns for leftovers, as if... (lol). Traditional BBQ sauce was tangy and delicious. Great prices and super friendly staff. YAY for Hard Eight BBQ!

Food was great as always but buttermilk pie was a tiny piece,definitely not worth the money. Tasted good but maybe 4bites.

$3.50 for maybe a two oz of banana pudding is high but it did taste great and everything else was really good.
