• 22/12/23They have the sweetest team & the best customer service. I did a huge order (36 total) for pick up and they were very prompt to complete & notify me of any issues. Their holiday cookies are so unique got them for a work party & everyone loved them. If you have the chance to try their seasonal cookies like the Apple Pie or Iced Oatmeal please do before they sell out!! This was my second time ordering from them definitely wont be my last!

• 21/5/26I am a pastry snob (classically trained chef here) so for me to like something someone else made is a big deal to me. Now I've only ordered online using apps but done so on 3 separate occasions. They are consistent, fairly priced and balanced in flavor. I love that the variety changes up every so often and the size. I also ordered a box of the take and bake chocolate chip, which were great, providing optimal freshness. The only drawback back, was they don't come with recommended directions for temp/time to bake. Fortunately, I knew what I was doing, but it was a gamble that could've gone wrong if I hadn't stayed in the kitchen. 10/10 I would order again.

• 11/2/24Cookies were good/decent. Not consistent with size, 2 were big the others were more on the average size of a cookie. I also was missing one of the flavors I ordered. Some had a good flavor, some were overly sugary and it took away from the flavor. I would've preferred my cookies not be reheated. They were warm but a little hard when they came to me which made them even more hard when I went reheat some myself the next day. The strawberry one was my favorite, perfect balance between flavor and sugar.

• 3/1/22the cookies were hard and had a funny taste to them. we also order an item that was $10 and it was left out of the order when we received it.

• 2/2/24I did not like the cookies at all. I thought they would be gooey and warm but they were cold and hard. I simply didn't like the flavors. And the packaging was damp. It had been drying for a while so it wasn't because of the dasher. However, they have great reviews so I'm sure they are delicious cookies.❤️
