I like Fired Pie, I usually order Fired Pie Custom Pizza. my daughter has celiac disease and this is safe for the most sensitive of that disease which i appreciate tremendously. That being said, I wish there was more consistency in the pizzas I order. I like a Lot of sauce on my pizza and sometimes ordering both red sauce options is perfect, other times not so much. i also love cheese and they are consistent with appropriate amounts of cheese(I always go with both the grated and the fresh mozzarella). I will give them massive kudos for not 'nickel and diming' customers with every single addition. The price is the price, no matter what toppings you add. Other pizza places will blow up their pie prices to blow out your wallet. Fired Pie never does that 🥰

Received my order today without it being sealed, the cauliflower crust was burnt and I had like 8 sausages on the whole pizza. Overall the taste was ok but the lack of meat was serious.

My cauliflower crusted pizza tasted good but I was shocked at how little toppings there were. It only had one or two small pieces of sausage per slice. The mozzarella was barely there and same with the mushrooms and spinach. It was mostly just the cauliflower crust. It tasted good but it could have been great with the appropriate amount of toppings like an actual pizza. Thank goodness I ordered it with olive oil and garlic instead of red sauce. I think that's what gave it the most flavor. I also wish I knew what is all in the cauliflower crust. I'm sure it has some kind of binding flour but not listed... Nor is the carb content. I will have to make adjustments to this pizza if I decide to even have it again.

Spent $70 to DoorDash 4 speciality pizzas. Pizzas arrived with hardly any toppings. A far cry from how fired pie makes their pizzas when picked up in person. So disappointing.
