This place rules. Everything we've gotten has been delicious, filling, and well worth the price. my favorite is the Mixed Mixed Vegetable Deluxe with Wood Ear Mushrooms, Baby Corn / 羅漢上素: I hadn't tried any of the mushrooms, but they're all so different and delightful in taste and texture.
Don't sleep- whatever you order will be amazing.

I crave Wonton Soup / 雲吞湯 but it's just about imp to get it without meat at most regular restaurants. This really hits the spot, and I was so delighted by the carrots shaped like birds. The Veggie Sesame Chicken / 芝麻素雞 was also beautifully presented and an ate it all in one go - a rare no leftovers meal !

The Bean Curd Rolls (4) / 鮮菌腐皮卷 were a little greasy and there wasn't enough sauce for one roll, let alone four.
The Hot & Sour Noodle Soup / 酸辣湯麵 was great. Noodles were packaged separately so they didn't go go soggy. Tasty!

God damn the Wonton Soup / 雲吞湯 here is so much better than any other place I've ever had. Actually my favorite thing on the menu. Like, its just soup but it hits hard. Also try the Green Mustard, Dry Bean Curd & Ginko Nuts with Broth / 枝竹白果浸芥膽 , its like mustard greens, but cooked in a way you've never had before with some tofu thrown in.

I first ate here years ago and have thought about this place so much since. I'm from Tennessee so coming back to Oakland, Nature was honestly one of the first things I prioritized for my trip. The food is soooooo good. I was so happy I really thought about checking my suitcase, buying a cooler and taking food home with me. I appreciate the flavors and the consistency in quality. If anything for improvement, and really this is not a thing, I would want the added broccoli to have more flavor with the meal and not just be basic steamed. Again , though, not a single complaint. Glad I finally got to visit again.
