Portions are much larger than I expected. So good. Broth was tasty and the fullness of the noodles was 10/10

Delicious and authentic! I ordered Nouilles de légumes / Vegetable Noodles and Nouilles de bœuf spéciales de Lanzhou / Special Lanzhou Beef Noodles so I could mix the toppings to get some veg in both servings. Broth for was different and delicious.It the spot in a snowy day! Good portions,and ingredients fresh! Would definitely order again. Also, everything was packed well - no messy leaks.

If you like LanZhou noodles, these noodles are gorgeous and delicious. I ordered extra veggie and got plenty of broccoli and bok choy. I missed the radiah, I only had two halves of a thin slice, I wish there was wore. I found the broth a bit saltier than it needed to be, so plan plenty of water or tea.
I am giving one less star because I ordered the spicy cucumbers and wasn't a fan. I expected fresh smashed cukes with chillies and sauces but the one I got look like they took a long bath in salty soy brine. They were soft and salty and flavorless, and didn't cut through the salty broth at all. Edamame were ok, also a bit saltier than I would like for a side to a salty soup.
Noodles were great tho, I'd probably order again with a dofferent broth.

Amazing food everytime. I get the Nouilles de bœuf spéciales de Lanzhou / Special Lanzhou Beef Noodles and the Chinese hamburger and they are both so good. Quality of the broth and noodles is perfect

The Nouilles braisées de tendon au bœuf / Braised Beef Tendon in Brown Sauce with Noodles has a very nice broth. The Noodles despite being separated from the broth, was perfectly cooked once mixed together. Beef was great however some parts were hard to chew
