Unfortunately, my Monster Burger® bun was stale, rock hard in a huge section with these black spots all over it. I didn't want to risk it, so my burger was just a waste of money. My husband was OK with his burger that he ordered until the last bite. That last bite was ice cold and watery. The fries were decent, and my shake was delicious, but the burgers were just a huge disappointment.

I hate to leave a negative review, but unfortunately our food was just awful. My husband ordered the 10-piece tenders with a large fry. I ordered a large fry and a vanilla shake. We only got one order of fries, so my husband gave them to me while he ate his tenders. The fries were clearly cooked in old oil as they tasted just like chicken, not potatoes, and the salt was unevenly added, so there were just random clumps of salt. The chicken was too thickly breaded, salty, and dark, again like the oil was old. Even the shake was just unsatisfying, just tasted like milk with imitation vanilla added in. It's a shame as we've had good experiences there previously. Tonight just wasn't one of those nights.

 sandwich didn't look even half of the size of the picture displayed. I actually thought I got the wrong order until I had to pick it apart a little bit and see the tiny pieces that was folded into the tiny egg on the big biscuit.
