This is by far my favorite place to order from. I rarely have issues and they always call me if there is one to offer options. The food is always made correctly and always shows up hot!

They gave me a BACON quarter pounder WITHOUT BACON. I understand mistakes happen. but paying extra for bacon and not getting it is a little disappointing.

They need to change their fryer grease. I have told them in person twice. The Hash Browns and fries are nasty.

The two chicken sandwiches are not cooked all the way through some of it is still translucent

The only food that was warm was the Mcdouble....and that came with cheese, even though I ordered it without. My quarter pounder and fries were cold. The tea lemonade was good. That was where the 2 came from. Not good this time. Pups enjoyed their burger. They actually got a bit of cheese with it this time.
