Original Pollo Bowl was absolutely delicious!!! The guac was super fresh not too runny nor overly mixed just right could've been a little more for the price but understandable.

Ordered and paid for an 8 piece plus two additional thighs for a total of 10 pieces. Received 8 pieces plus one additional thigh. I was shorted one thigh costing me over $5.

The Shredded Chicken Nachos were fresh and delicious and the portion size is definitely good. Well worth it!!!

The Homemade Tortilla Soup (Large) and the macaroni and cheese was really good. The Mashed Potatoes and Gravy were bland and no seasonings and hardly any brown gravy on them. The 3pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Combo had no flavor and was a little on the dry side.

No chicken at all in the avocado chicken bowl as well as the chips tasted very bland with no salt, I haven't had Pollo Loco in almost a year since they raised their menu price but this solidifies that I should stay away from them.
