The sandwiches are very good but the French Fries are FANTASTIC. They are the best fries of any place we've ordered. They're tasty, crisp outside and tender inside, and perfect amount of salt. The portions are generous, and we order them every time we can. We will order these again without hesitation.

We love the Fries! Some of the best, perfectly crispy outside and tender inside. The salt is perfect, not overdone or bland. The portion is generous, they are always fresh. Will order again for sure.

I was very disappointed with the Hook & Ladder Salad. Mostly lettuce and cucumber. Little pile of ham & turkey. Not worth the money.

New York Steamer® I paid for a 12 inch and literally there are two inches of ONLY bread on each end, all the actual sandwich in the middle like I got a 6 inch sandwich on 12 inch bread. This is so lazy.
