It takes me back to when I was in Seoul for my Kimbap pitstop. The tuna Kimbap filling is nicely paired with perilla leaf and my favorite is the perilla vinaigrette to pair with it. A Must try! The purple rice adds a nice crunch factor as well.

Never had kimbap with purple rice before, so I was surprised with how well the flavors of the ingredients came together. The egg was probably the most distinct part of the kimbap. It felt very fluffy and easy to bite through.

Would order again 100% it was very fresh! Portions were very good and the taste was incredible. The mayo gochujang complimented the Kimbap very well.

I tried Spicy Pork Kimbap and Cheese Kimbap and both were very good. Wish there is a vegetarian menu (no meat, tofu or egg) with just veggies also for ppl who cant have proteins, that would be very nice!:)
