Subs were great. Mac N Cheese Flavor was food but cup was barely half full quanity was not equivalent to price

I ordered the Sub and it looked nothing like depicted on the picture. It was flat. There was absolutely no dip included nor vegetables, and it tasted awful. I could not get support for exchange or credit. I'm trying to see how to upload pics. I did not complete even half of the 8 inch sub.

the sandwiches were delicious. I'm complaining on how they NEVER have fries....fries and chips are not the same. Another issue is how they never call you to inform you if they are out of something. Lastly I have to tip my driver's for Firehouse bc they have to recheck the order before leaving.Hook & Ladder.®Firehouse Meatball® both delicious.

Chili was gross and old not eatable. The sandwich was so soggy i couldnt eat nothing but the meat so payed $30 to still be hungry

Fries were awesome! Very crispy!!! Subs were absolutely delicious! Ate it before I had a chance to take any pictures but Iwould definitely order all of this again!
