My mother and I agree that these were the best ice cream sandwiches we've ever had. The chocolate ice cream on my peanut butter cookie dough was so flavorful that the peanut butter didn't just dominate my palate. It was incredible. Mom said her buttery shortbread cookie tasted just like a pie crust and was delicious.

Omg. The greatest sweet treat I've ever had. Literally beautiful heavenly ice cream in a delicious crunchy cookie. They have taken ice cream sandwich to a whole new level and im so happy to have had the privilege to try these! We had cookies and cream, apple pie and cookie dough. They were all just absolute perfection. Im going to come back to St. A, just for more of these!
