Fia's Pizzeria (named after their daughter, Sofia), was not intended to become a Houston Museum District favorite when Houstonians Ryan and Josie Granger launched it.
So, what makes Fia's Pizzeria so …
My favorite pizzeria in the neighborhood! I love their cauliflower crust option

We order it at least once a week. Our favorite pizza in the neighborhood! Decent size for the price and always good quality

Buid your own. A decent pizza. Fresh toppings and well cooked. The thin crust was good, but could have been thinner. Sauce disappeared a bit but overall, a decent pizza. ,
Came via delivery and was still good.

We have ordered Fia's before and lts always been delicious. However tonight we ordered a BBQ pizza with no red onions and it had them all over the pizza. We could still taste them even taking it off. Might not seem like a big deal but our pizza and wings were $40 and we dont even want to eat it. The baked wings we had last time were amazing. This time I could not tell they were garlic parmesan. They were in a pool of butter. Maybe it was just an off night but either way we are disappointed.

The Bone in Baked Wings tasted sweet and had too much herbal seasoning and the skin of the chicken still had hairs on it. Not very appealing. The waffle fries were OK. It would've been nice to have an option to pick a fountain drink instead of unsweet tea. Probably won't order from here again.
