Bisteck A Lo Pobre is consistently delicious. The meat is always cooked perfectly and not chewy. Sides are generous portions.

Pollo Entero Solo i could tell the chicken was reheated or sat under a lamp for too long, would've been so much better and well worth the wait is the chicken had been fresh. as a pitmaster at a BBQ restaurant I know how hard it can be to set PAR levels, but chicken is a 1hr cook at most. its not a tall task.
the chicken was still juicy and flavorful. the sauces were amazing per usual. just really would've loved fresher chicken. 7/10

Lomo did not taste like Peruvian. The rice was a basmati not a jasmine rice. Steak tasted off. Sad.
