Beef & pork ribs were extremely dry. Same with the wings! No sauce on any of the meats nor any extra sauce given on the side. The beans & chili both needed help with seasoning (salt). Only thing half way edible was the potato salad which also needed some salt. The Cowboy Combo Plate ($35) 1 beef rib, 3 small pork ribs & 5 slices of tri-tip was way over priced for dry meat .
Will not be re-ordering ever again. Don't waste your money! Try Chili's instead!

Order the Cowboy Combo Plate beef rib, tri tip and chicken . Sides of Potato Salad (8 oz) and beans . My favorite from this meal were the beans really good flavor !!! Chicken was also really good. Im gonna have to pass on the tri tip didn't taste like it was smoked . The beef rib was also disappointing . Bbq sauce was really good reminded me of a sweet chris and pitts bbq sauce .

Always delicious, pizza, tri tip fries, pastrami fries and wings. Staff is amazing and it's a great family atmosphere. Very generous support of Covina. Catering too!
