Loved the items here, and will be returning! The price and portions are decent, maybe the best in the area! My favorite is the Hokkaido Custard Bun!

I liked the Taro Roll (2PC) not too sweet and great price for the portion, I would order again. I can't wait to try the *Tiramisu Cheesecake Slice, it looks delicious and fresh!

Ordered Mango Green Tea ICED LARGE and it tastes like water and no mango pieces at all. This location is terrible!! I ordered this from Claremont location much better
