I love noodle soup during cold weather and this was the best Tonkotsu Ramen I ever had- especially ordered to go. The noodles were in perfect form. The broth was rich and did not overpower the flavor of other ingredients. A definite game changer for me.

Takoyaki and the ramen soup base were good. However the tonkotsu and fried garlic were a somewhat toasted and they release a bitter flavor.

The Miso Soup was amazing however, it was ridiculously small portion for $8.00 - less than 1 cup

Normally when I get Tonkotsu Ramen its great this time my broth was burnt and filled with black specks, chashu you could tell it was old as it was hard and rubbery, and it had absolutely not flavor other than charcoal.
The Chash Bowlu is good
