My new favorite restaurant in DC.
Even though I personally prefer dressing without citrus notes, the Caesar salad was delicious, with a healthy amount of space but I'm guessing what is microplaned Parmesan and a beautifully cooked egg.
I'm finishing off the remains of the peppardelle now, and I'm finding it to be really comforting without being too heavy or having muddy flavors, a perfect comfort food for a night like tonight.
But the thing that simply must be commented on was the agnolotti. And if it's a traditional dish, it's not one I've had before, but it sure is fabulous. The braised beef is perfect – fall apart tender and not dry at all, the sauce is luxurious, the pasta… I mean, I could go on, but I am wasting time you could be spending ordering. Seriously, this is a run don't walk situation. Give it a go.

One of the very best Italian restaurants in DC. Have never been disappointed by any items. Portions are authentically Italian. Super fresh. Will order again and again. The agnolotti is one of the best I've had in the US.

Portions were way too small for cost - 6 pieces of Braised Beef Short Rib Agnolotti and 1 small oyster pail (Chinese takeout box) of Pappardelle plus small Garli Bread was $80. The Pappardelle needed much more sauce and meat.

Overall was ok. I get the cuteness of serving things in semi-chinese containers but a $28 item doesn't seem appropriate. Grilled Asparagus was super small. I've had geeen beans that were thicker. Overall and ok meal. Would definitely try a different restaurant before circling back

The Radiatore Cacio e Pepe was delicious, rich, and coated well. Guanciale worked really well. Sfoglina Caesar Salad was crisp with great flavor, capers and soft egg. Garlic Bread had good flavor and plenty of cheese. Altogether strong and satisfying meal.
