Both pasta dishes were amazing as usual. I also always order the tiramisu which is very delicious but the portion size for the dessert has drastically changed. $7.50 for a cupcake size piece of tiramisu is ridiculous.

Italian Gnocchi was way better than i expected, and the Fried Raviolis are great as always. Also, this restaraunt has one of the best Caesar dressings ive ever had, its zesty and sour but in the best way. Small salad portion but worth it imo. Best italian food in pullman :)

Huge mozarella sticks, I though it's going to be a side dish but it's an entire meal. Lasagna is straight fire sheeeesh, very good, always pair it up with Alfredo, their Alfredo is garlic-y, very flavorful very fire. 10/10

There seemed to be an overall issue with over-cooking and everything was pretty one-note in flavor. The House Made Lasagna had okay sauce, but had too much ricotta in the layers for my taste and the bottom was over-cooked and not appetizing.
The fettuccine that came with it was also very one note in flavor, and even accounting for it being take-out (everything was still hot when it arrived) the sauce was coagulated, so once again an over-cooking issue.
The canolis were disappointing. Again, one-note and somewhat bland flavor, and the shells were slightly over-cooked. They didn't taste burnt, but the texture was effected. Also, they were criminally under-filled, both having large, empty pockets in the middle.
The portion sizes are big, which would normally be a plus, but essentially it means I just got a bunch of expensive, lack-luster left-overs.

The chicken was boiled, rather than seared or grilled. It gave the chicken a bland taste against the backdrop of a sparsely seasoned sauce. The noodles, while al dente were dry due to a lack alfredo sauce, making the texture sticky, not creamy. Flavor = 5 out of 10. Their bolognese is much better. Portion to cost = 8 out of 10. Garlic bread that was included, 8 out 10.
