They have the best milkshakes ever! I've had the pineapple upside down cake twice and the triple chocolate once! The fries are delicious but don't get the large unless you're feeding three people lol. I had to Sammy and it was good.

The portions and the nuggets are HUGE, just a heads up! These Chicken Nuggets are seriously amazing and so are the herb fries. Also love that you can get an Impossible patty on any of the burgers. Will be ordering again!

First time trying the Falafel Veggie Burger and loved that the falafel was crispy and in patty form. Yogurt sauce and banana peppers really complemented it and was light and zesty. I also appreciate that they use layersss of iceberg lettuce to get that structured bun-less form because most places I notice that they use like 1-2 layers of lettuce and in turn makes it floppy and low key soggy to eat. That's the most critical detail I look at when opting out the traditional bun.

I was excited to try this place because I live nearby -- I was hoping to find a new go-to burger spot. Unfortunately, my experience with Big Max was underwhelming. The Big Max Burger was seasoned well but it was cold within 5 minutes of being packaged at the restaurant, leading me to believe the burgers were sitting around for a while and not made fresh to order. It really didn't strike me as a burger worth $18. The Small Fry was the smallest small fry I've ever experienced in my adult life -- what you see in the photo is the full size of the small fry after I added all the stragglers from the bag to it. They definitely aren't worth the $6 they charge for them. I will not be ordering from Big Max again.

The Thomas burger with impossible meat was great, and the fries were pretty good too. All of my dipping sauces were missing and without that, the nuggets were kind of dry. The cookie was unimpressive especially considering you can get a. Offer better one for half the price at Met market.
