This is the first time that I received all of the items in the churrasco Steak separated so that I could mix them up to my taste. Excellent idea and should be continued.

Ordered new churrasco steak bowl. Order came w/ NO chimichurri sauce and very little steak that was overcooked & dried out... WHAT A BIG WASTE OF $24.00...NEVER AGAIN POLLO TROPICAL.

I can't taste that the food wasn't fresh. The rice is hard, chicken is dry

They forgot to include the salad and sauces and the chicken was very dry. Also, the soup, which was heavy, was put on top of lighter items, squashing everything.
