I ordered the overnight oats for the first time. I pulled off the lid, and zapped the cup for 30 seconds in the microwave. It was surprisingly good, not too sweet, and just the right amount to get me going in the morning.

I really like getting breakfast from here. I end up always getting the crispy ham and cheese with my coffee, but the consistency of how big the sandwich is not good. Some days (like today) I get a super small sandwich that definitely doesn't justify the price. They are really good, but they should always be about the same size, not noticeably different. Feels like roulette when ordering one. Besides the consistency issue, they are really good!

I order Earl Grey hot tea with 2 Splenda packets from Peet's about 3 times a week which I love; however, 50% of the time no Splenda is added. Baristas need to pay attention to small details. I only mentions it now because it has been going on for several weeks. Thanks in advance for addressing this.

This is the 3rd time the baristas have forgotten to put Splenda in my hot tea. It states very clearly on the label + Splenda twice. Please pay attention to detail. Otherwise I really like Peet's and the baristas!
