• 31/3/25Everything from the Single Bagels and Shmear Tubs to the Sea Salt Chips are always top-notch. I will go out of my way to get these, as well as a number of other menu items, when I'm at home and especially when I'm out of town; the taste and quality of an Einstein Bagel and Shmear to start the day always feels like home for me. Thanks, as always, to the great team at the Palatine, Illinois, store for their welcoming, friendly, and just all-around awesome way they interact with customers and each other while going about their duties every day - keep up the great work! 👍👍

• 27/6/26Very tasty! The jalapeno bagel gave the Texas Brisket Sandwich a big kick. Loved the hash browns they paired really well with the sandwich.

• 8/6/26Iced Chai Tea Latte was wayyyyyy too sweet and doesn't taste much like chai at all. Couldn't get past two sips. Coffee and bagels are reliably good and consistent, would not recommend the chai.
