Fries were bomb. Food was hot. Burger patty was thick and juicy.

Caught them on a low staffed day.  A single cheeseburger and an order of fries took 55 mins and that was for a pick up too.  Fries were great tasting but on the small side.  Found the burger salty .

I ordered the Lucy, not knowing it was halal. I do not eat that kind of meat.  There should have been a notice on the menu. So I threw the patty away and tried to eat the bun and toppings. However there was an overload of sauce and it was a huge mess so I tossed it too. 

The poutine was excellent. Lots of curds and fries and the funnel cake was delicious but the sauce could have been more like a jam instead of a jelly

Overall I will not go back

These burgers were surprisingly better then I expected. For something that was a food delivery, the chicken and beef burgers tasted as if they were freshly cooked infront of my face. Very well prepared meat and ingredients! Thanks Burger Factory!

Food was good. But my order was $54 & something as simple and non expensivea as a poutine....   couldnt even serve 2 ppl. It barely served ONE. The box was small enough, u would think it would be FILLED with fries! 
Box was Half empty!!! Unreal. The cheapest thing in my order and they shorted me. Smh do better. I love ur food but cmon. 
Fries?!?!?! Really?!?!!??? Even the gravy in the cup was half full.  I dont get it.
