Wasn't fresh, the greens were cold, salty, wet & nasty. Potato salad tasted like mustard, not potato salad, it was cold & wet. The chopped brisket was the only good thing on the plate. Super amazing blend with the peppers & pickles! Didn't need the BBQ sauce, but it taste amazing with it. From now on I'll only order the meat. For what I paid it wasn't worth it. Please lower your prices

3 Meat Rib plate meat was tender and juicy. The sides were horrible; no reasoning, sour like vinegar and I wish I didn't waste my money and had just got the meat. Catfish - 4 Pc was super good and Flacky I wish it had a little crunch and less lemon but otherwise great.

Didnt care for the taste of the potato salad and the Kool-Aid was absolutely not sweet. If I wanted red water, id have just drank water from the city of Hutchins. BUT... the ribs were VERY delicious and tender. The Texas Tator was also EXCELLENT, as was the Jamaican Cabbage. That's why I gave three stars - three of the five things were excellent!

The bun on my brisket burger was dried out and burned on the edges. The rice in the red beans and rice was sticky and overcooked. We did not receive our drinks, fries, or condiments. No pickles, peppers, ketchup, hot sauce, white bread, nothing. For a Texas bbq shack that's disappointing. And the Stuffed With 3 Sides was not stuffed, just had sides thrown in a container all over the turkey wing. When I visited the truck in person last year the food was great... Maybe today was just busy and got away from them.
