This morning I had a wonderful breakfast of an orange juice, 3 scrambled eggs with cheese, crispy bacon, and potatoes. It was sooo good, the dasher was awesome and friendly.

Entirely disappointed. See pictures. Kids Granola Bowl granola burned, Traditional, toast was ok, eggs hard, potatoes were burned on one side, some were not cooked through. Project Sunrise Coffee was missing in order, as well as no sugar or creamer. (2)Kids Half Waffle, waffle was fair but no syrup provided so kids took two bites and refused to eat. Fruit side was placed on top of waffle making fruit hot. Sausages were burned, see pictures. I will say the apple juice was good, toast was okay, French Toast looked good but with no syrup it was mid at best. The Ham & Gruyere omlet was good but would be better in restaurant because the to go container soaks up the juices so eat it in store for best experience. Overall, I would not recommend the store. The meal was OVER $100.00 food only, for a family of four, $25.00 of it was edible that was terribly disappointing. First Watch Corporate this was a miserable experience, I know this is NOT brand. Please send a corporate chef trainer to the location, I have been a customer for a few years, you would NEVER let this food leave any of your other locations I have eaten at, the location staff & your customers deserve a better experience than this. Door dash's refund policy for this meal was abysmal at best.

Please dont rush on food because yall are busy Million Dollar Bacon wasn't cooked all the way, the Parma Skillet Hash potatoes was burnt, and to be $12 for a Sunrise Granola Bowl in a small cup is crazy and a waste of money.

The "Elevated egg sandwich" was really good, but unfortunately the potatoes were undercooked and really hard, and maybe next time I get it maybe I'll see if I can get bun on the side because when it was all in the container together the condensation made it soggy and it was a very short drive. Sizes were perfect and it was all very fresh other than that.

It was not even a omelete, it was two fried eggs on top of potatoes with sour cream, also ordered a fruit cup and it was a condiment container with literally 2 grapes and piece of pineapple I order this same meal all the time but today this was horrible.
