USDA Prime Galbi Bowl was excellent - kinda pricey for the amount served, but the quality makes it worth it. the Napa Cabbage Kimchi however is not worth $6. i received less than the complimentary portion that's usually given as banchan. pass on this.

Terrible portion size in comparison to the price. I was happy to pay up for good quality food but I expect the price to match. The fact that the bo i has 1 tablespoon of ground beef is a joke. You can get a $15 bowl with way more meat. Also the whole bowl is mostly rice and barely any of the toppings. Not worth your money. Speaking of the Butcher's Bowl, it is TINY. theres pickles on the side but it's just a tiny bowl of beef and rice given how expensive it is. I understand the beef is good quality but this is ridiculous portion size. i'm very disappointed. hand size for size reference

The wagyu steak is hard to chew and it is extremely salty. I had ordered it from cote website and from caviar before. Never been like this. The Prime Galbi bowl is good for the price and quality.
