Why is it when I Oder a delivery and it comes from the forest lawn location it is always dry and over cooked and the gravy is always bland and tasteless...?

Ordered 2 macaroni salads and they sent us 2 coleslaw's. Disgusting coleslaw hence why we ordered macaroni salad.

The chicken was greasy from this location on 17th ave SE I had the same order from th 52st location way better
