Five guys is my favorite burger shop all time, bu this specific location just seem not care about the quality of food they put out. I feel like my sandwich was made by a 5 year old. Mine was suppose to be a double but both were singles, both were drowned in so much ketchup that it made the bread completely soggy, and we were unable to pick them up to eat, and mine had no cheese. I have eaten from five guys 100 times and this time from this location is the only time I have ever had a complaint

The Grilled Cheese Sandwich was ok but, small. The Milkshake I didn't drink because it was exposed not in a bag, no seal on the lid.🥹😖

Little Fries portion was so small. The tiny cup wasn't even filled. Not worth $6!

food is good, but this is the second time in a row they've gotten my order wrong. the receipt said what was supposed to be on it but what was in the bag was not what was on the receipt. ordered a bacon cheeseburger with extra patty, got a regular burger. no bacon, no extras, nothing. second time in a row.
