Burgers were fantastic, great flavor, cooked perfectly, wings were the best wings I've had in years!!!! Again cooked perfectly and the flavor; WOW. also loved the crinkle cut fries. We will be back to this place!!!!

The burger is BLAND. Crazy amount of dry bread. Not a lot of condiments or sauce. Meat is minimal. The highlight is that it tastes like Burger King.

Although it was ready and delivered exceptionally quick, the meal was subpar. The fries were soft and lacked seasoning. The Sam’s Cheeseburger (Classic 1⁄4 lb. Burger) bun was soggy on the edges and the patty looked like what you purchase from Costco. Definitely not worth the mark-up price.

Gross.  Definitely not the Sam's experience you know from actually going to the restaurant.  This food is cheap meat, sloppy, watery condiments, and cheap, frozen potatoes for fries. El cheapo hamburger bun literally disintegrated after sopping up runny mayo.

customer service is horrible. The owner is the worst one. They just ignore you when you sit down. Food is low quality. the frozen Chicken Wings (7 Pieces) + Fries weren't cooked thoroughly.
