• 21/5/26I usually get the Philly chicken and I always enjoy but this sandwich was poorly made! There was barely any meat or toppings……..so disappointed!
When I went inside to pick up my food, the customer service was horrible until a young man came from the back and offered to help.

• 10/9/25Jersey Mike's is my absolute favorite sandwich place, BUT this time around I was utterly disappointed. While my salad looked great, the 2 sandwiches I ordered lacked flavor and missed toppings. There was no evidence of salt and pepper or vinegar. To top it off, the bread gave toasted but was clearly stale. I think I'm giving them a break for a while. They have to redeem themselves because this last trip just didn't do. $65 wasted.

• 31/8/24Could not find if the sandwich was a 6" or 12" when ordering. Turns out for $12.00 you get a 6" sub. Not as good of a value, but I guess this is about convenience.

• 11/8/26I asked for wheat bread, received white. The #14 veggie sandwich comes with 2-3 slices of Swiss and Provolone cheese, fell terribly short with only 2 slices of Provolone. Requested banana peppers and received none. Definitely NOT Mike's Way!!!
