Great prime rib. and the best horseradish going. Special thanks to the chef who gave me a vat of it when I asked for extra. Can't buy that heat in the store! I've never had anything but great food from this restaurant.

I really don't get the Braised beef. nice braised beef ruined by a creamy, but sour sauce, served with noodles that sit beside it like an afterthought, and a big round thin sheet of guey, slimy brown stuff that I assume was meant to be a parmesan tuille. I will never order this again.

A lot of gristle in all 3 prime rib dinners ordered. Only 3 pieces of vegetable per serving. Over-salted gravy. Potatoes fine. This used to be a great Sunday dinner menu item. We are pretty regular restaurant clients and sometimes DoorDash customers of the Lobby. No more after this one. If you cannot cook the dinner properly, please don't offer it on your menu.

I'm very disappointed that my chicken was completely burnt, hard and dry black edges and the mixed green salad had only enough dressing for not even half of the salad.
Your customers are paying for for top notch and getting sub par.
Where's the aim to please!?
