We press the liquid ice cream on a cool drum until it's a thin sheet, which is delicious, beautiful, and very creamy. Then, one strip at a time, we roll it off.

My rolled ice cream came closed and enclosed with a bag of ice to keep the ice cream from melting. I will order again in the future ! The portion size was phenomenal!!maybe two people could share one

I love that they made sure my ice cream came cold enough that it would melt! They placed ice in the bag next to my rolled ice cream! It was a nice simple touch and it was amazing btw!
