• 31/12/22Was soo disappointed in this bouquet order. I got it for my grandma for X Mas and ordered the Large size. and I would say it ahould have been labeled a small MAYBE a medium but definitely not a large. I understand substitutions can happen but not flowers from the listing were in the bouquet i got and the substitutes were a much cheaper variety. It looked like a bouquet from Publix or Sams. Was really looking forward the the tiger lilies but got white Mums instead. I order my grandma flowers 5-8 times a year and have never been disappointed until i ordered from this store. Not worth $140 for the small bouquet that was recieved

• 27/4/25I ordered the Birthday Arrangement in a vase based off of the photo on DoorDash & not for anyone's birthday, I ordered because the photo's flowers matched my spare bedroom. I am having house guests and wanted the room to look & smell nice for them. So it was to be a room compliment not a gift. To my surprise the arrangement I received looked nothing like the photo & the colors aren't the colors I wanted for the room. I understand that some flowers are seasonal or the florist simply ran out of the flower in the photo shown, but it would have been nice for the arrangement that I received to have been made as close to the photos as possible especially with the colors. And I ordered a larger size which was extra...which sucks now that it isn't what I wanted.
Don't get me wrong the arrangement is pretty it just isn't what I expected when I placed my order.

• 7/5/22If I get two bundles of tulips there should be two sets of five stems, not four flowers total. Unacceptable. Nearly $40 for a delivery of four pathetic flowers
