I'm a long time customer of Einstein Bagels (15+ yrs) and I've never been disappointed with their food and my 1st delivery hasn't changed that. Having said that, I was disappointed with 2 item's I had delivered to me today at home. You can't go wrong with their sandwiches, whether it's a breakfast or lunch type sandwich, and today was no exception. I ordered a Ham and Swiss breakfast sandwich, a few bagels and their "hash browns. While the sandwich was great, the hash browns were squished and dry, yet salvageable and the OJ was so bitter I had to add some sugar to make it drinkable. Considering what they charge for their OJ, I would expect a much better product! IMHO. If you're going to charge higher prices for something, you should make it the best! i.e. find a purveyor that sells fresh, pasteurized OJ and if necessary charge a bit more, I know I'd pay it for a much better product! I reheated the hash browns by wrapping them up with a damp paper towel for 30 seconds and viola, they were now hot and no longer dry! Being a semiretired Professional Chef helps in these types of situations! 👨🍳👍 As for the bagels, they're my 2nd favorite, with Bagels flown in from NY being the best I ever had,(they say it's the water in NY) but that gets pricey if you don't have a friend or a family member returning from a trip there! LOL
All in all, Einsteins Bagel was and will remain my favorite bagel restaurant! Unless OFC, I have a friend or family member that's returning from NY! 😂👍

There was literally the most minuscule amount of cream cheese on my bagel . It looks like they put a half dollar size scoop of cream cheese and spread it on on half of the bagel and then squished the bagel together. The twice baked hash brown was 1/3 of the regular size and looked like it was baked in a mini muffin tin instead of the standard parchment wrapped hashbrown. The inside was still half raw. Usually Einsteins is amazing with perfect food but this time they dropped the ball.

ALWAYS on time and never had a problem w one order from Einstein Bagels great food a tad expensive but oh so worth it! Thanks

Love them always on point!! Wish they didn't close so early but understand how early they have been there making them all morning best breakfast place in our families opinion and not too I healthy either!!!

I order the hot honey lox bagel with asiago bagel and it was hard. seems like left over from yesterday. I'm disappointed because it's my favorite.
