Food was good, but giving 4 stars out of 5 for being totally unable to customize any orders (even something as simple as asking for no tomatoes). Understand they're looking to keep things moving with simple transactions but am paying more through DoorDash at the store for each item so would be great to get at least a similar amount of service as in-store. That said, if you have no mods to make, the food is delicious and was ready on time!!

ive had the nova lox sandwich in the past and it was very good.today not so much unless you prefer a very thick tomato slice and very very little salmon.will not order again

Though I keep ordering for pick up, three times now they have either forgotten to put the schmear in the bag or they altogether put bagels in the bag I didn't order. They don't read the order tickets thoroughly.

We love Einste Bros products however we were so disappointed that the schmear on our bagels (a $2.27 upcharge per bagel) was basicall non existent. If youre going to have a bagel & cream cheese for breakfast you want the cream cheese to exist.

All-Nighter Egg Sandwich was burnt to a crisp and had no aioli on it. Cold Brew, Large was only 2/3 filled. Disappointing all around.
