Large amount of tomatoes but not a lot of lox. Also was charged for a cold, dead no taste potato which I did not ask for. 7 Eleven coffee this morning was better Then the latte I ordered. I have been to Einstein Bagels and automatically thought of you for a great brunch which sitting in my moms nursing home which on Hospice. Sorry wont be returning anytime soon. Btw check out the picture of the actual bagel which being from NYC as well as a Jewish women this is a sad sight

No flavor, dry and the hashbrown is not good at all.... first time eating here and I won't ve going back unless it's for the coffee. Coffee was really good.

The All-Nighter Egg Sandwich was great but the rest of my order was awful. Cold Brew Shake, Large was melted. The Cold Brew, Large was super watered down and melted. They didn't even include the Shmear Tubs we asked for. The bagels were toasted as we asked so yay, but the bagels tasted very stale and were rock hard. A bagel should not be rock-hard after toasting. Especially "fresh bagels" from a place who are known for its bagels. And the Lemonade was actually Orange Juice and also very watered down. I am highly disappointed in their quality. This is the second time I've ordered from them and the first time to have received such terrible food and drinks. I will be hesitant to order from them again.
