My 6" cheese pizza was good! but my Cinnabon pack was very mushy and tasted uncooked?

None of our meals were sealed. they should have been sealed with the "Sealed at the Hut, Opened by you. My pasta came dry with no cover and missing breadsticks. I am uncomfortable with the packaging and am not going to eat the pasta as it looks so unappetizing, dry and burnt. Very disappointed. $50 waste.
