I was so disappointed! I always order the teen burger. it always comes neatly packaged and with all the checked sauces and fixings. NOT TODAY. I OPENED THE BAG TO A MESS! fries all over the place. burger with onions hanging out. dry. no sauces. IT WAS PUT TOGETHER BY SOMEONE WHO CLEARLY COULDNT CARE LESS!! onion rings weren't nicely coated and fried. they were bland! I hope this review is seen by management and followed through with.
I've been buying A and W teen burgers forever because they've been consistently excellent BUT NOT TODAY! if I order two more times and I get a sloppy order like this I AM DONE WITH A and W !

I love how fast A&W is and how fast they respond. they never mess up the order and special props for them packaging of drinks. no spillage possible!
