The burger bun was cold. The meat was like cardboard. The onion rings were thing and the batter fell off. Super greasy.

Was hot and fresh! Great job on both the staff following food safety as many places don't and it's easy to tell a fresh burger to ones that sit in a warmer! The poutine was also hot! We both enjoyed the meal! Thank you!

Teen burger was good. Fries were not fresh and might have been older fries put in the fryer again to heat them up which led them to be old tasting and chewy. I would suggest asking for no salt on the fries so they have to make them fresh and you don't recieve the old re-dropped fries.

I order lunch every friday for the staff at work - can't speak highly enough about this A&W. The large orders arrive on time and are still nice and warm.
