I ordered 2 Papa Burger® and couldn't even eat them they tasted rancid I've never had it taste so badly

not sure if the Polar Swirl with cokie dough was supposed to be like that..definitely had hard, clear clumps of cookie dough but not in a good way. Real Fruit Sundaes was a little disappointing...not like the picture and yoy can only have strawberry.

The burger was stone cold. The bun, meat and cheese all cold. Cheese was not melted at all. Burger was not edible. Onion rings were warm and great, A&W Rootbeer was awesome.

The store took forever (over 30 minutes) to prepare my order (which was only 6 items: 2xCheeseburger Combo, 2xShake, 2xChili Cheese Fries ). The only plus is that I received all of my items eventually.
